Handmade Sterling Silver Pentacle with Bezel Set 6mm Lapis, Moonstone, Garnet, Sapphire, Aquamarine, Emerald, Onyx, Opal or Amethyst,

The Pentacle is a symbol of a star encased in a circle. Always with 5 points (one pointing upward), each has its own meaning. The upward point of the star is representative of the spirit. The other four points all represent an element; earth, air, fire, and water. The binding circle of the sigil brings all these elements together. It is worn as a ward of protection and as a focal point to connect with the spiritual realm.

This stylized version of the classic symbol measures 1.3 inches. Crafted from pure Sterling Silver this pendant featuring a bezel set 6mm cabochon round stone. Choose from the list of available stones in variations or you can opt for no stone setting at all in the center.

Each of these pendants begin life as a unique wax model which is then cast in Sterling Silver. The stone is set and pendant/bail attached and finished by hand. After all finishing work is completed it is coated in a layer of black patina to emphasize the recessed portions of the design then the raised portions are brought back to a high polish to contrast. All of the work from the wax model to the casting and finishing is performed by me in house at my home studio. No metal is ever wasted when creating these pendants, up to 30% of the metal is recycled from previous castings.
