  • Details
The Triquetra or Trinity Knot is a widely recognized symbol used for the past two centuries by Celtic Christians, and earlier by pagans and agnostics as a sign of special things and people that are threefold. The Celts worshipped a moon goddess who was associated with the waxing, waning, and full moons. The symbol has also been known to represent the Norse God Odin as well as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in the Christian tradition.

The Trinity Knot may draw on the Celtic significance of the three domains of earth, sea and sky. There is also a possible link to lunar and solar phases as a number of Trinity knot symbols have been found alongside Celtic era solar and lunar symbols.
The symbol including a circle emphasizes the unity of these three forces. General meanings include the infinite and eternity, protection, equality, and divine femininity

The 1.2 inch wide trinity knot is shaped into a ring and features a 4mm bezel set stone of your choice. You can also choose to leave the stone setting out entirely.

Each of these rings begin life as a unique wax model which is then cast in 100% .925 purity sterling silver. The stone is set and ring sized and finished by hand. All of the work from the wax model to the casting and finishing is performed by me in house at Drakenforge Studios.
Don't see a stone which speaks to you or you need an unlisted size? Contact me with your customization needs and ideas! I am more than willing to produce exactly what you want.

This ring is shipped to you in a ring gift box and included in this purchase is a free polishing cloth and summary card with the history and meaning of the triquetra symbol.
