Sterling Silver Crescent Moon Pendant featuring Yin and Yang

In Ancient Chinese philosophy, yin and yang is a concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another.

In paganism the relationship between the god and goddess can be described in this fashion. The Goddess being associated with the dark yin energy relating to emotion and intuition and the God’s action oriented yang energy. The yin-yang symbol elegantly conveys the complicated dualities of life and the paramount need for balance and moderation.

The yin yang symbol contained within the crescent moon represents that all balance and harmony relate to the cycles of nature as demonstrated by the moons waxing and waning cycles throughout the year. I offer four different style/stone combinations. You can opt for the crescent moon to point upward or downward and with or without 2mm flush set faceted Cubic Zirconia and Black Spinel. When I construct one of these pendants I begin by carving a unique wax model when is then cast using the lost wax method in solid Sterling Silver. After casting I attach a sterling jump ring and sterling or bronze bail then perform all finishing work by hand. If you opt for flush set stones I set them last.

If any part of this piece fails, you pay shipping to return it to me and I will repair/replace whatever is needed to make the piece functional again, this includes: One Free Ring resizing after initial purchase, chain repairs, replacement of missing stones and broken solder seams. I want this piece to last a lifetime so anything within reason and not a result of obvious abuse I will take care of at no charge and I will work with you to repair any accidental damage at a discounted price.

This pendant is shipped to you in a gift box with the Drakenforge logo stamped on top. A free polishing cloth and care instructions are also included with every order.
