Triquetra or Trinity knot, Handmade in Sterling Silver with 5mm bezel set stone and Ancient Bronze or .925 Norse Runic Ring

The Triquetra (trinity knot) is one of the best known symbols in Celtic culture. Many cultures have used this symbol and each attached its own meaning to it. The Trinity Knot is a widely recognized symbol used for the past two centuries by Celtic Christians, and before that by pagans and agnostics as a sign of special things and people that are threefold. The Celts worshipped a moon goddess who was associated with waxing, waning, and full moons also used this symbol to represent their deity. The symbol also represents the Norse God Odin, the inner ring binding the symbol together has been hand stamped with the Nordic Runic Script. This symbol containing the runic circle emphasizes the unity of three forces. General meanings include the infinite and eternity, protection, equality, and divine femininity

This 1.2 inch sterling silver pendant features an inner Ancient Bronze or Sterling ring which has been hand stamped and inscribed with Norse Runes. The runes represent each of the commonly used runes in alphabetical order, how they correlate A-Z. Beyond that each of the unique runes has its own specialized meaning. Choose from a variety of 5mm round cut stones to be set in the center of the piece or choose no stone setting at all.

Each of these pendants begin as a unique wax model which is then cast in 100% .925 purity sterling silver. The inner ring is cast in ancient bronze or sterling and soldered into place. The 5.5mm bail is attached and the the stone setting fabricated separately soldered into place, stone set and finished all by hand. Finally a layer of oxidation is applied to the piece and it is re-polished to bring only the raised areas back to shine to emphasize details. All of the work from the wax model to the casting and stamping, soldering, and finishing is performed by me in house at the Drakenforge studio by me personally.

If any part of this piece fails, you pay shipping to return it to me and I will repair/replace whatever is needed to make the piece functional again, this includes: One Free Ring resizing after initial purchase, chain repairs, replacement of missing stones and broken solder seams. I want this piece to last a lifetime so anything within reason and not a result of obvious abuse I will take care of at no charge and I will work with you to repair any accidental damage at a discounted price.

This pendant is shipped to you in a gift box. A free polishing cloth, care instructions, and a brief summary of the history of this symbol are also included with every order.
