The Triquetra (trinity knot) is one of the best known symbols in Celtic culture. Many cultures have used this symbol and each attached its own meaning to it. The Trinity Knot is a widely recognized symbol used for the past two centuries by Celtic Christians, and before that by pagans and agnostics as a sign of special things and people that are threefold. The Celts worshipped a moon goddess who was associated with waxing, waning, and full moons also used this symbol to represent their deity. The symbol also represents the Norse God Odin, the inner ring binding the symbol together has been hand stamped with the Nordic Runic Script. This symbol containing the runic circle emphasizes the unity of three forces. General meanings include the infinite and eternity, protection, equality, and divine femininity

This sterling silver and gold ring features an ring woven through the Triquetra symbol which has been hand stamped and inscribed with Norse Runes. The runes represent each of the commonly used runes, each of the unique runes has its own specialized meaning. Your choice of 4mm Round cut stone is mounted in the center 14K gold bezel. You can also opt for no stone setting. if you desire a plain band instead of a runic one or a customized band. Please note many of the pictures show a cabochon stone, if available you can opt for either type at the same price. I offer Three versions of this ring, one 100% Sterling Silver, The second a Silver band and trinity knot with a bronze runic ring, and a third with a silver band and trinity knot with a 14K gold Runic Band. Note: The bronze component is coated with a Patina and jewelry varnish to protect against reacting with human skin. Etsy does not allow for three variations for a single listing so when purchasing please leave me a note indicating which size you will need. If you forget I will contact you immediately after you place the order to determine the size. Size variation does not affect price. You will also note that the ring's band is stamped in some of the photos, I am happy to give this upgrade to anyone free of charge with any custom inscription you like, just ask. This inscription is limited to 12 characters in either Norse Runic or English lettering

Each of the components for these rings begin life as a unique wax model which is then cast in 100% .925 purity sterling silver, Ancient Bronze or 14K Gold. The inner runic ring is stamped and the stone setting is fabricated entirely by hand, and please note that the setting for all three versions of this ring is in 14K gold. All of the work from the wax model to casting and stamping, soldering, and finishing is performed by me in house at my studio.

If any part of this piece fails, you pay shipping to return it to me and I will repair/replace whatever is needed to make the piece functional again, this includes: One Free Ring resizing after initial purchase, chain repairs, replacement of missing stones and broken solder seams. I want this piece to last a lifetime so anything within reason and not a result of obvious abuse I will take care of at no charge and I will work with you to repair any accidental damage at a discounted price.
