  • Details
The Triquetra (trinity knot) The Trinity Knot is a widely recognized symbol used for the past two centuries by Celtic Christians, and even earlier by pagans and agnostics as a sign of special things and people that are threefold. The Celts worshipped a moon goddess who was associated with waxing, waning, and full moons. The symbol also represents the Norse God Odin as well as the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in the Christian tradition.

The symbol containing a circle emphasizes the unity of three forces. Meanings include the infinite and eternity, protection, equality, and divine femininity

This 1.2 inch pendant features a 4mm bezel set cabochon or faceted stone. The pendant is connected by a single heavy jump ring to twin 2.3 inch wings. Choose between round faceted Peridot, cubic zirconia,Ice Blue Topaz, or Garnet, moonstone, or Onyx cabochons, or . The pendant comes with fully soldered 4.5mm oval chain with sterling silver lobster clasp. Overall length including wings is available in 16, 18, or 20 inches.

Each of these winged pendants begin life as a unique wax model which is then cast in 100% .995 purity sterling silver. The stone is set and pendant/wings attached and finished by hand. All of the work from the wax model to the casting and finishing is performed by me in house at my home studio. The chain and clasp are the only things I source outside my workshop, they are also pure sterling silver. I also take the time to ensure that all attachments, jump rings, and the bail are permanently soldered closed to ensure long term integrity. No metal is ever wasted when creating these winged pendants, up to 30% of the sterling is recycled from previous castings.
